I am so disappointed in the delivery. I ordered the product July 2, and it was supposed to come July 6 to 8. I ran out needed a refill before I went out of town on July 12. It didn't come. I contacted you on July 11 and 12, and got an email back saying it was the weekend so no one could answer. But Monday came and still no one answered I had asked if someone could somehow get it to me, but no one answered. I had to go the whole week without it. I drove home yesterday, on Sunday. Today--Monday--my vacation mail was delivered and I finally received the product, 18 days after I ordered it. I don't know if you delivered it here finally on July 13,14, 15, 16, 17 or 18, but even the 13th is five days to seven days after the end date the product delivery was promised. I had to spend way too much worry and effort, and all to not get the product I needed before the trip anyway. The lack of communication was disappointing as well
