Very clean protein. It doesn’t make me bloated. I can’t have whey protein and I’m always experimenting with plant based ones. It has a nice spiced taste. Very different to other proteins that taste quite artificial, but not sure if it would be for everyone. 4 stars because it’s a bit pricey per serving and (as any other plant based) it’s tricky to get consistency right. I would repurchase again occasionally as a treat. Haven’t tried it on baking. I love the Anima Mundi brand and the reason I tried it in the first place. If samples were sold, probably more people would try it.

This is a very clean product with top ingredients that are hard to find anywhere, let alone this synergistic blend. The taste is pretty good, and the adaptogens combined with the clean protein gives a sustained energy profile and a nice mood boost.
