I was changing my provider and decided to bring into use my old freesat box. Until I spoke with these guys I thought I could use my sat dish. Once it was clear what I could not / could do, I opted for the hybrid ‘just in case’ at some point in the future I might want to revert back to sky again. The advice I got from freesat spares was invaluable and to replace it only took 20 mins tops I didn’t need to reset the angle although this might not be the same in every case. Top marks 5 stars this Xmas for an easy switchover. Well done

I was unsure about mounting this new LNB on an older dish which remained at my house. The CHAT facility at Freesat Spares was extremely helpful, I was able to renew the F connectors , mount the LNB all working fine now.
