High Potency Magnesium Bisglycinate

High-quality magnesium that’s easy to take

I’ve been really pleased with this magnesium bisglycinate. The capsules are easy to swallow and gentle on my stomach, which has been an issue with other magnesium supplements I’ve tried. It feels like a high-quality product, and I like knowing I’m using a well-absorbed form of magnesium as part of my daily routine. I’ll definitely be buying it again.

Change to ‘high potency’ not clear.

We have been ordering Viridian magnesium tablets for my 13-year-old son, who has Tourette's, for a long time. He had always been taking the maximum recommended dose of four tablets a day. I don't feel it was made sufficiently clear that the formulation of the tablets had changed. I understand the product is now called "High Potency", but when I came to reorder, this was the only magnesium product available, so I didn't realise it was a different formulation. As a result, my son continued taking four tablets a day as he had always done, until one day we noticed on the packaging that the recommended maximum dose was now only two tablets a day. We were confused, as we were certain he had previously been advised that four tablets a day was the maximum. It was only when I looked back through my previous orders that I realised the product had changed. The earlier product didn't include "High Potency" in the name, and we hadn't realised that the formulation, and therefore the recommended dosage, had changed.
