Can’t tolerate the vitamin D
Unfortunately, I know from trying to take vitamin D supplements that I tolerate vitamin D really badly. I was hoping that the very small amount in this capsule wouldn’t affect me but unfortunately it does, even when I take the capsule with food. It made me feel very nauseous with stomach pain and bloating. When I stopped taking these capsules, the problem disappeared. I wish Viridian made calcium without additional vitamin D.
