Who knows if this supplement makes any difference to me? Anyway, as a vegetarian who doesn't eat the healthiest diet, I feel like I'm doing something to support my body.

Love this product!!!!!
Found this product and your B1 also when I was in London at a pharmacy. Bought a few bottles back with me to the United States for myself. I am a naturopathic physician and order them both by the dozen of each for my patients now who also love the product very much.
