600W 12V Starter Solar Panel Kit

Extremely disappointed in the shipping of this product. My understanding is it was supposed to be a KIT. I placed my order on 6/18 expecting to receive my KIT within a week or so. What I received was individual parts shipped from different locations arriving on numerous different days over a two week period. Today is 7/7 and I have still not received the 20FT 10AWG Solar Adaptor Cable. When I called the person I spoke to seemed confused and told me they had forgotten to send me everything originally. I would love to rate the actual product if I could get everything needed in order to assemble. I can't imagine anyone would want to order a KIT and then have to keep an inventory on random parts showing up wondering if they are going to receive everything. My hope is the product is good we will find out if I ever get the last cable.

the kit you sent was so easy to install,it works amazing,I can not believe how fast the panels charged the battery,it maintains my battery at 100% using my 12 volt refrigerator so I will be adding more workload for the system...thank you so much for a great product

Ready to install and producing great power for my 300 amp hour battery. No problems at all.
