I picked a pair of ballet shoes for my 6yr daughter according to size chart which suggests 2 number bigger than usual shoes (she wears 11 we picked 13.5). The shoes we received turned out to be too small to wear. I am trying to call customer service for a return. Not sure about shipment fees for return. It was not easy to find the return policy and may risk receiving something smaller or bigger than we need. The return policy seems not as easy as Amazon. I will hesitate to buy here in the future.
