Can I get a refund I got the wrong size by mistake

European sizing

I wear a size 10 Men's and ordered the 13.5 medium which is a 43.5 in European sizing. They fit snug, however after a few classes the leather stretched and conformed to my feet nicely. This inside has a soft lining and are comfortable. Criss cross straps are nice , wide and come pre-attached.
