As great as this product should be, it’s nothing without customer service. My product worked for about two weeks, and then the foil head kept popping off of the body. I purchased additional foils and attempt to rectify the situation, and it did not fix the problem, so I contacted customer service. I wrote four emails they provided me with what they thought was a simple fix. The fixed did not work. My follow up emails have been met with dead silence and dead air. Needless to say, I’ve got a $90 product that’s collecting dust which I cannot use and a customer service that refuses to return my correspondences. The product is nothing without the people behind it and at this point, I give it one star. Purchase at your own risk because of the product fails you’re on your own.

I absolutely love this thing. It’s so nice when a product ends up being as good as advertised. I’ve been using it for two weeks now. Every 2-3 days. Baby smooth when I’m finished and no irritation/in-grown hairs. If you’re on the fence about getting this, pull the trigger. It’s fantastic.

I was extremely skeptical when i ordered this. Ive tried rotary shavers, $400 foil shavers with self cleaning stands, every type of specialized razors, and this thing is legit. So close i almost got razor burn. My head felt baby smooth. I just wish it was waterproof to reduce friction.
