I have been using this roll on for the last few weeks and can honestly say that it has made a difference. Depending on the situation I rub this on my neck, behind my ears, and on my temples. It has such a nice light scent, I close my eyes and breath it in. It is very soothing and helps me think a little bit clearer.

Was a gift for my mom. Hard to find blends without cedar wood which she is severely allergic to. But she keeps it in her work desk for her busy day!
