Works great. A must have!!

Anytime I even feel any tummy distress, I use this on my tummy. I also carry the tummy rub roll on with me when I go out. It works great and I love the fragrance. I recommend this product. I'm never without. When I get low, I order again.

Compared to Digest Zen

I am mostly comparing this to Digest Zen from doterra. This blend is pre-diluted, and only has a couple oils that are also included in Digest Zen. In my opinion, it would be better left undiluted. It still seems effective in calming a gassy belly and menstrual cramps, but not as well as Digest Zen; if I were to compare it so far after using it for about a month. The peppermint, fennel, and ginger seem to have the most benefits. It is about half the price of Digest Zen, so that is a plus, and moves it from 3 to 4 stars in my opinion.
