Love it!

I use this on my wrists any time I sit down and need to focus on reading. It helps me greatly with attention and I also purchased for my young adult daughters to help with studying and working. A big plus is it smells wonderful and is very grounding.

Attention Assist Roll on

I purchased Attention Assist for my adult autistic son who was having a bit of trouble staying on task at his job. He applies it himself before work, and the first words out of his mouth each time I pick him up from his job are "I stayed focused mom". I've had no further comments from his boss concerning his attention wandering. I am pleased with the results.
