Tank-like
Built like a tank!! Should last for years. Absolutely love every feature except the tires. Got two flats during my first use from running over small briars in grass. Had to install tire liners and tubes in order to use it off the beaten path. Otherwise…very pleased with the purchase.

Equipment vs Customer Service
Pleased with the bike and delivery but have made several calls to QK customers service and sales even logging call back work order request and have never heard back.
