Cybercart Battery

Honestly, my first big disappointment with the Cybercart. My battery had a board fault that blocks charging and I had to replace the battery - at my cost - less than 18 months after purchase. (Apparently the battery warranty on those units was only a year.) The positive is that the support team offered a 20% discount and the new battery is warrantied for 2 years. I did a very informal pole of competitive brands with other members at my club and none of them had had to replace a battery so fingers crossed the replacement will last more than the last one.

I had a non-functioning battery and contacted customer service. They were extremely helpful and sent a replacement. The people were very nice and sent the battery right away Thanks again

I hope this one lasts for at least a couple years with proper use and storage. But I’m extremely happy that because my old battery was bad and less than a year old it was replaced with no issue. Thank you cybercart
