Wrong product shipped - zero communication

I have been a good helle customer; having ordered more that 10 knives, for myself and others. It has always been a good experience until now. I've praised the knives to many people. But that might reverse course. This order has been a disaster, and I am angry about it. Birthday present. Wrong product shipped; wrong sheath, no knife at all. Emailed helle/usa twice. Called three times. Nothing. Crickets. No response whatsoever. Ordered a knife from another company. Still nothing from helle. I hope this gets fixed. I might start leaving reviews on all my other purchases.
