I stopped using Freedom and Glory Flag company for lack of service and quality of product. Now I'm using this company, and I have to say that the service is poor and lacking in response time. When you make a customer wait for 4 days to respond to their query, that will cause them to look elsewhere. I don't care if this is the busy part of the year. Guess what, we are busy too. Online business overall is poor in all business. Do a better job to take care of your existing customers or you will find that there are no more customers willing to put up with your lack of customer service.
