3x5 FT EMBROIDERED AMERICAN FLAG

The Flag itself is good quality. However, the customer service from this company is just about the worst I’ve ever had. I called them three times and requested a return phone call. The first time I wanted to add onto my order and order another flag, but apparently they don’t need the business bad enough to return my phone call. The second and third time that I tried to call them was because they addressed my package incorrectly. My package was in the process of being returned to sender by my local Post Office when I was fortunate enough to have my carrier intervene and grab the package before it was put on the truck for return. If Customer service is something that you value, I would not do business with this company.

Quality flag and pole that has lasted through our Central Florida summer storms. So happy with my purchase!

Flag looks very good . Sewn bars quad stitching on end of flag . Seemed a little bit light , but durable . Will see how tough it !
