Very happy with the response and shipping etc. If I had to pick something I would say ball at the top of the pole is cheap and wont last too long. but sheeesh, what do you want.

Great product!! When it arrived (sooner than I expected) the pole had been scratched by the bracket rubbing against it in transit. I sent an e-mail with photos to your representative on a Friday, we had a phone conversation the same afternoon and he sent out a replacement pole on Monday which I received a few days later.
