I like the security of the products but recently had 2 uti s, altho I think I know why for both. Since I am starting to fall into the repetitive cycle of utis, concerned about my susceptibility to infections Any advice gratefully received

Promote helps defend do it’s job

I reluctantly started on promote about two years ago on a regular basis as I was starting to have more UTIs again just on the defend. The combination of the two seems to be the correct therapy for me. I also use flush.

Makes a difference

I have tried this a couple of times now and can feel it works . Not the first bottle, but once it’s finished. Then, after the 15-day pause, my body seems ready for it again. I do have a pretty high degree of faith in it now.
