I've been taking thermella for two years and it's been the best thing that has worked for me. If I don't take it, I definetly know it!

I’m not going to lie, I’m still going through the hot flashes and night sweats. But it’s not as bad as it was last year. I’ve been in a weight management program and I’m also on Wegovy. I have lost about 40 pounds, it’s taken me a year or so to do this and I still have more to lose. So what I am trying to say is that I don’t expect to be cured of my symptoms at all, just ease up on them. I will continue to use this supplement and maybe some day I can honestly say that I feel better. And no, I’m not going to send a picture 😎

It was working when I first started taking it. Now it seems to not be helping as much. I take it regularly as indicated. Don’t know what’s changed.
