Breakfast Empanadas are great
I brought the breakfast empanadas to a Mother’s Day brunch and everyone asked me where I got them. I wish I bought more because they were all gone so quickly.

Smiles after the first bite!
So glad we tried these! This breakfast empanada is incredibly tasty, we literally smiled after the first bite. It’s a wonderful balance of ingredients; often when I eat anything with eggs, I worry they will dominate the flavor, but here everything is perfectly balanced. A truly wonderful treat! Love these!
