I am so glad I went with the bundle. The book was extremely eye opening and it helped to have two recipe books I can easily use as I transition into a new lifestyle. Thank you for offering this option 🙏🏽

Enjoyed the Plant Base Tuna being mixed with the Alkaline Mayo and place on top of lettuce, kale, arugula, cucumber slices and four slices of plum tomatoes. This was delicious to me. I have had several other dishes from the recipe book. I have been using the toothpaste just recently. Will get back with you on this at a later date.

Really enjoyed the fruit box and im happy to have found a good option to recieve naturally fresh fruits.
