Enjoyed the Plant Base Tuna being mixed with the Alkaline Mayo and place on top of lettuce, kale, arugula, cucumber slices and four slices of plum tomatoes. This was delicious to me. I have had several other dishes from the recipe book. I have been using the toothpaste just recently. Will get back with you on this at a later date.
