Appreciated customer service!

Following a number of computer error (on my end!) difficulties, there was great response in getting it taken care of! Unfortunately, I haven't seen the box and must recommend Lancaster Gift Box consider a different shipper. USPS had said delivery by Dec 2 and when we left our hosts' home on Dec 6, it still hadn't arrived. They had received notices of 'failed attempts' but don't know why USPS didn't leave the box. I finally got an email that it was delivered today, Dec 7. Our government mail system just doesn't get the job done.
