Great bag, horrible shipping
I love the bag, shipping took much longer than the estimated 4-10 days. Customer service folks were not helpful at all. The baig is great, but I wouldn't order from Herschel again.

Nice product not put together correctly. Return policy sucks, customer service sucks and all you had to do was sew it together correctly and I would be buying another larger park now.
