I had one of these in a different colour, but needed to use the warranty as it had torn at one of the seams. This version seems better constructed, I love the soft pouch for my laptop and the extra pull mechanism on the drawstring! I just returned from a 5 day trip, and I was able to use this for everything, it doesn't even look beat up after being stuffed under a seat on an airplane!

Terrible customer service experience. The staff was not helpful, communication was poor, and they never followed up as promised. I was extremely disappointed with the level of support I received. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this company. Learn from my mistake and consider other options before making a purchase.
