It was all tangled however I did notify the company and they gave me a full refund without having to return it so that part was nice but I still can’t get out the tangle so it’s pretty much useless. It is beautiful though.

This is very cheap looking and feeling .. love the style of how it sits . But it does not sit together like the pic and cannot get it too . So to pay that kind of money for this is not good ..
