The Ice Box I’ve always dreamed of owning

Have just received and unboxed this. It looks very well constructed and I’m very much looking forward to using it for the first time. Customer service was amazing and they were very kind to give me an additional six dry ice packs for a discounted price.

Misleading Advertising?

It appears that the advertised internal dimensions are incorrect in respect of width. I emailed Techni Ice on 18 January asking for their feedback. To date I have not been given the courtesy of a reply.
