Excellent Product; Excellent Company

We went with Techniice in part because it came up very well in the recent Choice review. The product met our needs, the online reviews were excellent, it's an Australian company and many reviewers commented on the great support. Living in a regional area, we were not able to see the product we ordered in person but had a very good look at many other cooler brands, including some that were (very) significantly more expensive for a similar product. It was delivered in a few days and the cooler did not disappoint. It is made in Australia by an Australian company, very solidly constructed (4 closures!!), the surfaces are smooth (meaning it is so much easier to keep clean). I did wonder about environmental impacts, and there is some interesting reading on their website. We have had to throw out a number of other coolers over many years of camping because spare parts were not available in Australia. There is feedback on the websites of competing products suggesting that support for their products is not what it should be in Australia. Techniice lists many spare parts on their website, which are obviously readily available - no need to throw put yet another cooler. Unfortunately our order was not complete - we ordered the basket and divider, which were not included. We wrote to the company which responded relatively quickly, They were very apologetic and immediately organised to send us the missing items, including a very nice bonus! We can report that support is second to none!! We would highly recommend their products.
