Warehouse needs more training

At first I wasn’t sent out the right ice box contacted customer service and was told someone would pick up the ice box and then they would send the right one out plus an extra tumbler for one trouble, waited all day for the person to be a no show, contacted them again told they would come out again the next day, they finally took the ice box had to wait even longer for the right one to be sent out got it but no Tumbler, contact them again to let them know, after another 2 days got tumbler
