Batch 114 has been in my kitchen for years. It has a great flavor and plenty of good heat. i use it in cooking, but my favorite is 1/2 teaspoon stirred into my Bloody Mary - Gordy

This is the best hot sauce that exists. It should be more widely available (in my opinion ;) )

Best combination of flavor and heat, EVER

I've been buying hot sauces for almost 40 years. I came across Batch 114 maybe 20 years ago and I hope they keep making it for 20 years and beyond. It has SO MUCH AMAZING flavor with just the right amount of heat. I add it to so many things. I use it on all tex-mex meals, but also add it to V8 juice, chili and other soups and stews, beef jerky marinade and much more. I love it so much that I buy it 4-6 bottles at a time, just to make sure I don't run out!
