Owner is an absolutely cool dude, something went wrong with my order and he completely understood and compansated me with a free bottle for my inconvenience, hot sauce packs a punch but is delicious and outstanding!! I glad and very happy to be supporting his small business and will definitely be back in the future to buy more! I feel bad for him in a way, but am 200% satisfied with everything overall.

Found Karma Sauce a few years ago at the Rochester Lilac Festival and I’ve been hooked ever since. I feel almost guilty for not writing a review before now since they are hands down my favorite hot sauce company out there and have been for awhile! I have yet to try a sauce from Karma Sauce that I dislike but my favorite by far is the Ghost Island (My life was changed when this hit my taste buds for the first time) I definitely recommend buying this sauce if you haven’t already!
