I think the boxes you use for shipping could be more earth friendly. You could probably save money and use a lighter cardboard box like Amazon does to not use as much paper. Just a thought....

Product good, service not so much

Good product that I placed on a subscription. But….What I always order has been out of stock repeatedly. Yet I get emails from you touting new products. My suggestion is to keep up on consistency of having current products available before you add new ones. It also is often days -if ever- before I get a response to my questions. When response finally comes it is always pleasant.
