Keto Red Velvet Cake (Nut-Free)

It was a delicious cake that satisfied multiple people's dietary needs in our household (and our teen, who has no special dietary needs, loved it as well, haha) - thank you.

The taste was okay, but they wrote the wrong name on the cake, which was really sad. The delivery arrived with a torn bag, and cake crumbs were all over the place, making it look quite messy.
