I worried about breakable parts arriving damaged, but everything was safely packed and is good condition. It was Christmas gift to family living in the desert part of California. My concern was their drinkable water, including added to it fluorade. Water purifier is good size and aesthetically pleasing. I hope it greatly improves water quality (no way for me to know how much at the moment). Purchasing wooden stand was helpful too.
