Versa 8 Commercial Resistance Band

It replaces my other stretch equipment that broke. Hopefully the construction will last. I use it to help build my strength back for my arms and shoulders to help pull my bow back after my neck surgery.

It works great for my arms. I am disabled.(paralyzed from the waist down) The medium gives me a good workout without being to easy or to hard.
