Citrusy breakfast tea
Love the purple color (and the Blue Jasmine Green Tea is my favorite with it's cobalt blue color). This is tangier citrus than I'm used to, but I like it as a breakfast tea.

Fun tea, not great for gaiwan
Would prefer if it was organic but still good tea.
Tried it in gaiwan and gongfu style but I am new to that and followed the instructions on the back of the sample and over brewed but still tasted good.
Would be nice if there where some gongfu brewing instructions for this one but understand why there might not be.
Flavor is sour if having it strong but tasty if you like sour stuff I do so it was fine for me.
After I brewed the leaves in a large stainless steel tea pot and flavor was like a sweet lemon.
I think going forward i will look for organic butterfly pea flower if I want to play with a blue brew
