Happy Dog!

This is my 2nd order for Teddy (our dog) and he loves it. I will say however I am not sure what to do, or how to feed the beef heart to Teddy. Would love any ideas on how to break it down and how to feed it to him. He loves the ground beef and the bones, but I have not ventured into using the hearts yet because I just don't know what to do with them.
