Before: Customer service is amazing. Before I purchased my sauna I had some questions and they were answered quickly and professionally. You can even call and talk with real people. Shipping: The tracking updates and communication during shipping was wonderful. Arrived well packaged. Getting set up: Set up definitely took two of us. The craftsmanship of the unit made for a tight fit of the pieces but we got it together. I had bit of trouble getting blue tooth to connect the first time. Again customer service was very helpful. The sauna itself: it looks amazing! Heats up well and quickly. The Bluetooth connects perfectly every time and sounds wonderful, yet sound doesn’t travel much past the sauna . I was asking is it too loud out there for you? And hasn’t been any issues. I love the light therapy. Roomy enough for 2 but snug. I use it several times a week and love the way I end up relaxed and rejuvenated. So glad I found this sauna and this company. Date of experience: September 22, 2023
