I paid for express shipping and I didn't get my order in that time. I contacted the company and they said they don't see my order. Clearly, I ordered from them. I wanted them to refund me the difference from regular ground shipping and express 2 day. They didn't. My order was a ghost. I didn't receive it until 10 days.
