Wrong color refund not accepted and stuck with clock

When you quick add a clock to your cart, even if you’re on the darker color, it adds the light color to your cart. If you do not pay extra attention to it you’ll order the wrong thing. When it came I immediately when on the chat function to talk to a sales person. I initiated a refund with pictures they require. I ordered and paid for a brand new darker color clock. The refund is still pending. I have the new clock hung and everything and still no word on whether I am stuck with a second $200+ clock. The loyalty points you earn weren’t taken off at my second checkout. So I lost out on a 29.50 credit that the sales person in the chat function said they would have credited to my bill. Not so. I like the clock but the process has been painful.
