My wife and I really enjoy the classic old fashioned syrup but I surprised her one night and made hers with the maple pecan syrup and it’s her new favorite. Subtle flavors that you can definitely taste but they don’t overpower the bourbon or rye. Very nice addition if you want to expand the traditional old fashioned flavor profile.
