Excellent starter kit

I am just starting to bake sourdough bread and this kit gave me everything I needed to get started. The tool that mixes the dough is infinitely better than using a big spoon or spatula. It easy mixes all the ingredients together to begin first bulk fermentation. The jar for the starter is very good except the lid does not screw on properly. They replaced it but had the same problem and they are going to take a close look at that. The proofing baskets are very well made. Happy to say my first attempt was very successful and having this kit was very helpful
