I love this pan! I use it as I would a dutch oven, on the stove top or in the oven. All sorts of slow cook meals, soups or roasts.

Just the pan I needed.

I loved using this pan and it worked well making the Sugo for my eggplant parmigiana.

This pan is the best all rounder for the stove top and in the oven….worth the investmetnt.
