Disappointing Quality- Brown Turned Pink in Months

Buyer beware: This mat is not 'outdoor-ready.' Mine faded from brown to pink in months, and customer service refused to help, citing that it must stay under a covered area. I’ve purchased several mats from Matterly in the past, which makes this experience even more disappointing as the company refused to stand behind their products. To be told an outdoor mat only holds up under a 'covered patio' is a poor excuse for low durability. Between the rapid fading and the blurry, low-quality printing, it simply isn't worth the investment.
