I love this bag. But, one of the zippers was completely stuck and would not move when I received the bag. I had the idea of using Yeti zipper conditioner to see if it would help and it worked beautifully. I read several other zipper complaints on this bad in particular before I purchased and was a bit concerned. I’m glad there was an easy solution for me. This seems like it should be a relatively easy fix in the manufacturing process or just include zipper conditioner with each purchase.

Love, love, love my new Crosby Hobo bag! Plenty of storage and several choices for the strap. , allowing it to be dressed up or down.
