Horrible experience

To begin with, the directions read “ massage into a leather”. I called and finally talked with a representative that stated her bottle said “ massage into a lather”. The rep quickly gave me the Webster definition of l a t h e r . I used once and my eyes immediately started burning. I have a mailed numerous times for return instructions, cannot speak to a csr due to high call volume, and the option to leave a msg for a call back is unavailable. I was also provided with an email to a third party Shopify, but that email could not be delivered. I ordered a product that I thought was made and packaged in the US. Seriously doubt the authenticity of this product AND I HAVE TO PAY RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES.

THE PRODUCT IS A GREAT PRODUCT BUT YOUR SHIPPING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORSE!!! NOT ONLY DID IT TAKE TWO WEEKS TO GO FROM GEORGIA TO FLORIDA THEN TRACKING WAS WITH UPS BUT IT SHOWED UP USPS I RETURNED THE PRODUCT WITH A HASSEL FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE! AND PAID SHIPPING ! BY THE WAY I ORDERED THE SAME PRODUCT FROM AMAZON AT A BETTER PRICE AND HAD IT THE NEXT DAY! GO FIGURE1

This works very well. I have new hair growing in daily. I highly recommend this for all of you. But so forget using the drops twice a day. Very important
