I have terrible under eye bags and this absolutely tightens them up and makes them better. I use it over my skin products which i love. It’s easy to apply and if smoothed out properly leaves no white film. I only gave it 4 starts because i wish it would last all day. But using it day and night, i do see my skin starting to have some memory back

Great preventative product
