Onion, Granules

These onion granules are really great! They smell like onion which is very nice because I know that means it’s going to be flavorful and add the dimension on onion smell to my food. I’ve used these in sun-dried tomato white bean soup and pasta sauce so far and I’m very happy with the flavor. I keep the seal on with just a bit lifted up when I’m pouring the onion, then close the seal up and put the lid back on. I’m hoping this will keep them fresh enough to retain the smell.
