Biggest disappointment!!

I have been a loyal customer and buy your products all 17 serums since 2022. And last month I got 2x AHA BHA and 1x Mugwort are all expired in May. So i had no option except to throw them in the bin. I have emailed the support team and I still got no respond. I got the respond from instagram dm offering the refund but I haven't got any refund . SO I THINK IT'S TIME FOR ME TO MOVE ON AND STOP BUYING FROM YOU
